A lawyer with experience in commercial and property law, he advises individuals and national and international companies on all matters relating directly or indirectly to companies (corporate law, labour law and property law etc.).
He also has a growing reputation for finance, having advised and set up many asset management vehicles. He had to restructure many property developments, which have now become recognised benchmarks for stability and performance.
After studying economics, he continued his university studies, obtained a B.A in law and was admitted to the bar in 1987. He developed his financial knowledge as an asset manager with PICTET & Cie and as a junior at BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMANN in New York.
He returned to the Bar with a large, well-established law firm, before opening his own law firm which he now runs with his partners. A native French speaker, he also works in English.
